Charming lounge with live music creates a welcoming atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the reception staff lacked warmth and seemed uninterested in helping with our concerns. When we mentioned issues with the heating, the receptionist was unable to provide a solution and did not appear to know how the system worked. It felt frustrating dealing with someone who wasn't keen on assisting guests.

Despite the welcoming environment of the dining area, the coldness of the check-in somewhat overshadowed my experience.
