Charming lounge with live music creates a welcoming atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the reception staff lacked warmth and seemed uninterested in helping with our concerns. When we mentioned issues with the heating, the receptionist was unable to provide a solution and did not appear to know how the system worked. It felt frustrating dealing with someone who wasn't keen on assisting guests.

The fjord views from the balcony captivated me every evening. I loved the spacious room that was clean and well-kept. The buffet dinner offered a great variety, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh, locally sourced fish dishes. The breakfast also impressed me with its selection. Although I appreciated the friendly waitstaff during meals, check-in felt quite unwelcoming. The receptionist lacked warmth, which put a damper on my arrival. Also, the plumbing noise from the lift area was bothersome at night. Some room amenities, like coffee-making facilities, were missing, which is something I usually expect in hotels. Despite the welcoming environment of the dining area, the coldness of the check-in somewhat overshadowed my experience.
